Highlights
Eating on the island with wild manatees below our feet!
Day 1
Anna Maria Island. Took lunch to the beach, swam in the Gulf, ate on a rock pier with Manatees swimming under our toes. Then shopped up and down Bridge Street.
Day 2
Went to Sarasota to see Mote Marine Aquarium, one of the best aquariums and rehabilitation facilities. They are one of the only US Government certified Shark research facilities in the country. Then grabbed Ben & Jerry's ice cream at a shopping center at a roundabout in Sarasota before heading home.
Day 3
Exploring St Petersburg. We met a local friend at Mangosteen and had brunch there before going and touring her fashion studio. Then we walked all around downtown St. Pete exploring local shops. When we got hungry we stopped at Daddie's Donuts & Delites for some delicious and very aesthetic donuts. After that we went down to the St. Pete Pier and enjoyed walking through the parks and paths. We went down to the small beach and saw lots of wild hermit crabs before actually walking down the pier and ending our trip by watching the sunset.

-
St. Petersburg is limited on public bathrooms. Go when you have the chance. Everything else was perfect.
