- Day 1: Arrived in Thessaloniki, rented a car, stayed at Koka Roka B&B on Mt. Olympus.
- Day 2: Excited for hiking at Mt. Olympus and exploring Meteora the next day.
- Day 3: Excited to explore Athens and fly to Crete, staying in a cozy hostel.
- Day 4: Discovering Chania's beauty and driving through mountains, then staying at Vamos Fabrica Farm.
- Day 5: "Learn authentic Greek recipes and immerse in the farm-to-table culture."
- Day 6: Excited to explore Athens after a flight and settle in at an Airbnb.
- Day 7: Exploring ancient ruins and artifacts at Acropolis and Archaeological museum on day 7.

Day 1
Flight into Thessaloniki, rented a car
Night 1- Mt. Olympus (Koka Roka rooms, small B&B with a really nice owner)
Day 2
Day 2- hike Mt. Olympus, drive to Meteora
Night 2- Litochoro (Kallisto Traditional Guesthouse, serviceable inn)
Day 3
Day 3- Drive to Athens by Gate of Fire (scene of "300" battle), flight to Crete
Night 3- hostel in Chania (Cocoon City Hostel, amazing place with private rooms)
Day 4
Day 4- Explore Chania, drive to mountains
Nights 4-5- Vamos Fabrica Farm Houses (amazing organic farm stay with the most amazing owners)
Day 5
Day 5- Greek cooking class with Farm owners, explore
Day 6
Day 6-Flight to Athens, explore neighborhood
Night 6&7- air bnb in Athens
Day 7
Day 7- Acropolis & Archaeological museum
Anything you would add or do differently?

We went in March, which was great because there were no crowds. It was much cooler than we planned for- no need for a convertible rental car and more need for sweatshirts!
