Day 2

Resort day! Started with coffee and breakfast from Makana, enjoyed from our balcony. Then a brisk walk along the oceanfront path that extends for about a mile and connects the neighboring resorts with breathtaking views. Spent rest of the day lounging at the pool in total vacation mode. In the evening we went to a Luau at a neighboring resort and had a wonderful time.

Anything you would add or do differently?

  • Skipped the sunset cruise and found another way to get out on the water, like a boat ride to a snorkeling spot
