Day 1
A Fun and Cozy Start
The bachelorette weekend kicked off with a scenic drive from Denver to Breckenridge, with bridal party members arriving at different times based on their schedules. As soon as I arrived, my amazing bridal party had me wait in a room while they transformed the VRBO with festive decorations—it was such a sweet surprise!
Before the festivities began, they gave me the most thoughtful gift: a Letters to the Bride scrapbook filled with photos and heartfelt letters from my friends, family, and soon-to-be in-laws. It was so touching, and I couldn’t help but tear up reading through the kind words and memories.
For our first night, we kept things low-key with a fun game night. We played hilarious games like For the Girls, ordered pizza, and mixed up some delicious cocktails right at the VRBO. It was the perfect way to relax, laugh, and settle into the weekend ahead with all my favorite people. 💕🍕🍹
Day 2
Artsy Morning and a Night to Remember
We started Day 3 with a cozy breakfast and mimosas at the VRBO—such a perfect way to ease into the day. Afterward, we got ready and headed into town to visit Ready Paint Fire!, a charming pottery studio where we each painted a piece of pottery that they fired and shipped to us later in the week. I highly recommend this spot if you’re ever in Breckenridge; it was so much fun and such a relaxing activity to share with my bridal party. Afterward, we returned to the VRBO to unwind and prep for our big night out.
The bachelorette night was Charlie’s Angels-themed, so we all dressed in sleek black outfits and armed ourselves with Nerf guns for some playful photos on the patio. We sipped cocktails, snacked, and had so much fun getting ready together.
The night kicked off with dinner at BOLD Restaurant and Bar, followed by drinks at Burke and Riley Irish Pub while we waited for the club to open. There, I met another bride from a different bachelorette party, and we took a picture together—it was such a fun coincidence! A ton of random people bought me drinks, which was so kind. One of the night’s highlights was when two of my best friends and I danced on top of the bar—definitely a memory for the books!
We ended the night at Cecilia's Cocktail Bar & Nightclub, and it was everything we could’ve hoped for. The music was amazing, the dance floor was packed, and yes, there was even a stripper pole! We danced for hours before heading back to the VRBO, where we whipped up some late-night snacks and stayed up talking and laughing into the early hours. It was truly the perfect bachelorette night! 💃🍸🎉
Day 3
Farewell to Breckenridge
On our final day, we took some time in the morning to tidy up the VRBO and pack up all of our things. Before hitting the road, we stopped by BreckFast for a quick bite to eat. It was the perfect spot for delicious, no-fuss breakfast options—I highly recommend it if you’re ever in Breckenridge!
With full hearts and great memories, we headed back home, already reminiscing about the incredible weekend. This bachelorette trip was everything I could’ve hoped for and more—filled with laughter, adventure, and so much love from my favorite people. 🖤✨

One of the most notable aspects of our trip was the time of year we visited Breckenridge. It was both a high and a low. Going during the off-season had its perks—it was far less crowded, giving us plenty of space to enjoy the town and the VRBO without the usual hustle and bustle.
Another major benefit of visiting during this time was affordability. We were able to book a gorgeous VRBO at a much more budget-friendly rate, which made the trip even better.
However, the off-season also had its downsides. Many restaurants and activities were closed, which limited some of our options for dining and entertainment. While we still had an amazing time and found plenty to do, it’s something to consider when planning a trip to Breckenridge during this time of year. It’s a trade-off between peace, affordability, and availability, but for us, the quiet charm of the off-season was well worth it!
